Mitos atau Fakta ??? Black Garlic Bawang Hitam Khasiatnya 10 kali dibandingkan bawang putih biasa ?


" Bawang putih adalah bahan anti kanker, maka black Garlic ( BG ) mempunyai kelebihan 10 kali lipat dari khasiat bawang putih biasa. Begitu juga dengan penyakit lain, dimana khasiat 10 kali lipat" begitu bunyi sebagian deskripsi yg ada di kalangan para penjual Black Garlic ( bawang hitam ).
Jadi?? sebegitu dahsyatnya khasiat BG ini ??

Awal Sebelum mulai jual BG, saya mulai mencari informasi apalagi dengan khasiat yang katanya " 10x " dari bawang biasa. Dari beberapa literatur yang saya cari blom ada yang menginfokan hal itu, hanya mengungkapkan kelebihan superfood ini dr segi rasa yang enak sebagai bumbu masakan atau cemilan sehat. Dan Antioksidannya dua kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan bawang putih biasa karena mengandung SAC ( S-allycysteine)


Jadi saya menanyakan langsung ke yang berkompeten. Menurut Shabir Daya, the in-house pharmacist at Victoria Health :  " Bawang putih hitam memang memiliki banyak manfaat dan itu adalah pilihan pribadi apakah Anda menggunakan bawang putih putih atau bawang putih hitam " jadi memang tidak spesifik menyebutkan bahwa BG khasiatnya 10 kali dibandingkan bawang biasa 






Dan menurut http://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/19/10/16811/pdf ( seperti capture yang terlampir ) juga tidak menyebutkan hal tersebut

Tapi memang Khasiat BG begitu banyak, apalagi dengan kelebihan rasa yang enak tanpa ada bau khas bawang jd serasa makan dodol yg legit dan manis :)
Jadi tidak perlu ragu lagi kan mengkonsumsi Black Garlic Bawang hitam yang banyak khasiat :)
